Greetings All,
New YOGA FOR OSTEOPOROSIS sessions beginning in January 2018. Six (6) free Yoga Restorative classes with the purchase of any 6 week Bone Building session.
Classes are offered on Monday nights at 4:45 pm; Tuesday nights at 5:45; and, Wednesday mornings at 10:00 at Prestige Aesthetics, 217 East Unaka, Johnson City, TN. The 6 week session will cost $60/6 weeks or $12/drop-in. Schedules and other details available athttps://www.yogaforthehealthofit.com/ .
The free Restorative class is offered at 6 pm on Monday nights. So, if you like, you can attend the Monday night Bone Building class and stay for the Restorative class. It is one hour long.
Additionally, if you miss a Bone Building class, you can make-up that missed class in any of the other two regularly scheduled classes.
And, if you wish to attend twice a week, there is even a discount for that!
