I am proud to announce a series of new yoga classes in the “Yoga for the Health of It” line-up. Starting September 10, 2012, interested yogis can join me at the Elizabethton Recreation Center on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s from 10 – 11 a.m. Cost is $8/class or $56/month.
Become stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed with Alignment Based yoga taught by Crystal Gray. Alignment Based yoga is derived from Iyengar Yoga and is considered to be some of the safest yoga around.
