Enjoy a great total body workout at this FREE Boot Camp Class in Elizabethton.

This one-hour class incorporates all kinds of conditioning, strength and endurance exercises – and “drills”– and before you know it – it’s over – and you feel great! Please join us.

TIME: 8:50 am-10:00 am

LOCATION: Elizabethton Parks & Rec Center 300 W. Mill Street, Elizabethton (directions)

  • BRING WATER and your yoga mat or large towel.
  • EAT something before you come to class.
  • Boot Camp requires energy and your body will need it.
  • Don’t forget to mention your a Yoga Friend to get the class for free.

Debbie Conrad an an accomplished athlete.  She has run seven marathons and competed in the Ironman, Panama City Beach in 2007, sponsored by Snickers Marathon Energy Bars in 2007-2008. She bikes, runs, or swims 5-6 days a week.  She enjoys fitness and believes in practicing what she preaches.

Debbie is an ACE certified instructor in Personal Training.  Specialties Include: Personal Training, Boot Camp, Spinning and group strength.
